What is Knowledge Base?

Knowledge Base is also known as our Tech Talk Support Forums.

What information can be found in Knowlege Base / Tech Talk?

Basic questions and answers can be found in our Tech Talk forums including Cable-Lynx Internet Support, Cable Television Support and our new NetCall Digital Telephone Support.

How can I find the information that I need?

Using the Search area at the top of the site you can search by keywords or by categories.

To search by keywords, enter the word you would like to search for in the seach box and click on the 'Go' button. A list of related articles will be generated for your search needs relating to the keyword that you have entered.

To search by category, use the drop down menu and choose which topic you need help from. Once the topic is chosen, click on the 'Go' button and you will be rediracted to articles relating to the category chosen.

What if I can't find the information that I need?

If the information that you need is not in our forums please click on 'Ask question' located at the top of the page. You will be redirected to an area where you can enter you question. Our tech supports will answer your question in a timely mannor.
